DOES MADOUCECHERIE PROVIDE RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
Yes because we’re committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of MADOUCECHERIE before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!
If you discover a misprint/damage/defect with the product you have received, please take videos and pictures of the defect and contact info@madoucecherie.com within 7 days upon receiving the order. The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, with original packaging.
All the Returns/Refunds/Store credit will be issued only after the Products have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our Return/Refund eligible criteria above.
Return Shipping Fee:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for return shipping fees if you wish to return your item(s). All return shipping costs will be costumers responsibility.
Return shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.
